Breakfast: usual porridge, made with all milk today though.
Lunch: had a home-made pot noodle. Wasn’t that great tbh. Ate it though.
Dinner: went to Sagar in Covent Garden. Had aloo ghobi, samosas, rice and a chappati. Highly recommend for good veggie food - loads of vegan options.
Snacks: a mango, half a pineapple, large chips from McDonalds. couple of percy pigs.
Breakfast: porridge with jumbo organic oats, organic soy milk, maple syrup and a banana.
Lunch: had two summer rolls left over from yesterday and made 4 more. They were much better than yesterday, by a mile! Just had some soy sauce and olive oil with chilli flakes to dip.
Dinner: made my favourite butternut squash pasta dish. It usually has creme fraiche and blue cheese in it. I used some soy yogurt instead to try and make it a bit creamier. It definitely wasn’t as good without the blue cheese, but it wasn’t bad either! Made a salad afterwards to get some more veg in and got some bread when I went to Waitrose because I fancied some.
Snacks: I made a small smoothie when I got back from my run. Ate a packet of crisps at some point.
